Quality. Our guiding vision is to
develop homes of the highest possible quality, consistent
with the market potential of a particular site. Starting
with location, we only seek sites in the very best position.
We then build and fit out the properties to a high specification
using the best materials available.
Integrity. We do what we say we
will do, we do not make promises we cannot keep, and
we will never knowingly provide misleading information.
Our reputation is our most valuable asset and we want
to build long term relationships with our professional
partners. Most importantly we want our customers to
be totally satisfied and to recommend Country Manor
Homes to others.
Choice. We will never build identical
houses, nor will we squeeze too many units onto one
site. Our homes are designed by architects and fitted
out to individual specification. Wherever possible,
we leave the final choice of kitchen units and other
fittings to the purchaser to enable their personal taste
to prevail.
Peace of mind. We only use NHBC
registered builders and all our development work is
supervised by qualified architects or quantity surveyors.
On completion, an architect’s or surveyor’s
certificate is issued which assures buyers and mortgage
lenders that the property has been built to a good standard
and in accordance with the architect’s plans.
Work is also inspected regularly by local authority
building inspectors to ensure compliance with the latest
building regulations.
In the unlikely event of problems
arising after occupation, minor building defects will
be corrected free of charge by our builders and any
serious defects associated with the structure or integrity
of the building would be covered by the professional
indemnity insurance of the supervising architect or
surveyor.
