Catcott properties
...
A unique selection of four individual homes quietly
tucked away in the much sought after village of Catcott.
The village is situated in the Polden Hills and a mile
or so from the A39 between Street and Bridgwater in
Somerset. The nearest M5 motorway interchange (junction
23) is 6 miles with Bristol, Exeter and Taunton being
within commuting distance. Catcott offers local amenities
including doctor’s surgery, village hall, church
and two local inns. Catcott’s excellent primary
school feeds into Crispin School in Street. Indeed,
the thriving town of Street, also home of Millfield
School, is approximately 7 miles and offers a range
of shopping, sporting and recreational facilities including
both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the Strode
Theatre.
Design-led living:
Our new homes are designed to meet all the needs of
family life in the 21st century. Each house has a
private study and will benefit from broadband connection
with the potential for Wi-Fi computer access. The
master bedroom in each house has an ensuite dressing
area and private bathroom to help you get ready for
that special night out. The lawned gardens with patio
area accessible directly from the principle living
rooms will enable you to enjoy your outdoor leisure
time to the full. Surrounded by lovely countryside,
these special homes make the perfect haven for family
living.
Constructed, in part, using local natural stone, each
home will be full of individual character, combined
with intelligent architectural design to provide wonderful
layouts for modern family life. Each home will be
insulated to the latest regulatory standards and will
benefit from double glazed windows and central heating
throughout.
Directions to the site:
From Street, take the A39 towards Bridgwater, passing
through the villages of Walton and Ashcott. After
approximately 5 miles turn right signposted to Catcott.
On reaching the crossroads (King William Inn is opposite)
proceed straight ahead into King William Road. At
the ‘T’ junction (bottom of the hill)
turn right into Manor Road. The Old Bakery is on the
right where Manor Road meets Weares Lane (right turn).
