We are actively seeking further
sites with development potential and welcome early
introductions. We only develop small sites for domestic
use in the South west of England. This focus enables
us to specialise in what we do and increases the likelihood
of a successful project for us and our customers.
If planning consent already exists,
we will offer a fair price to purchase the site outright,
enabling the current owner to benefit from a substantial
part of the profit without the inconvenience and risk
associated with managing the development project.
Alternatively we are happy to consider a joint venture,
sharing the investment and the final profits with
the owners of the site.
If planning consent has not yet
been obtained, we can work with you to negotiate the
best possible development of the site. We have extensive
experience of negotiations with planning officers
and listed building officers in the South West and
can often overcome initial objections. While the planning
application is under negotiation, we will pay a reasonable
price for an option to purchase the site if planning
consent is obtained. The final price paid will ensure
you benefit from any planning gain.
