The properties lie on the edge of Washford, near Minehead close to the north Somerset Coast. There are local shops in the village with a wider range in the small town of Williton about 2 miles away. Minehead and Taunton provide a comprehensive range of shopping, leisure, cultural and educational facilities. There is an excellent main line railway service from Taunton to London Paddington which can be reached in under two hours on the fastest trains.

The harbour and marina at Watchet are less than two miles away.

To find the properties, take the A39 from Williton towards Minehead. In Washford where the main road bends to the left uphill, take the right turn (Huish Lane) signposted to Washford Memorial Hall. After 100 yards turn right into the entrance drive, just past two thatched cottages and opposite the new house on the left.
