Country Manor Homes is a small privately owned company involved in the development of quality homes in the south west of England. We look for sites that are situated in prime locations with potential to develop new houses or refurbish and extend existing properties to create outstanding private homes.

The company was founded in 2005 by two experienced property professionals and is currently building and refurbishing properties on two sites in Somerset.

The Managing Director, Nick Pearch, has developed several properties for his own occupation, including a Grade 1 listed manor house requiring a patient, sympathetic approach to preserve the integrity of the ancient building. Other projects include refurbishment of a derelict Victorian terraced house, construction of a wine bar and restaurant in a large listed building and development of villas in Cyprus and the south of France.
